On the morning of October 9,  the "Collaborative Innovation Center for Key Generic Technologies in Non-ferrous Metal Intelligent Manufacturing" jointly built by Baiyin group, Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology and Institute of Energy jointly was established officially. Jia Ruchang (vice mayor of Baiyin City), Wang Pugong (secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Baiyin Group), Wu Huafeng (chairman of Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd.), and Academician Li Jiangang (president of the Institute of Energy of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center) unveiled the collaborative innovation center. Wang Haifeng, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, attended the unveiling ceremony and delivered a speech.

Wang Haifeng said in his speech that built by Baiyin Group, Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology and Institute of Energy jointly built the "Collaborative Innovation Center for Key Generic Technologies in Non-ferrous Metal Intelligent Manufacturing". He hoped that the three cooperative units would work together to make more achievements. They should not only contribute to the transformation and upgrading as well as the innovative development of Baiyin Group, but also inject new vitality into the scientific and technological innovation of Gansu province. The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Gansu Province would fully support the construction of the Innovation Center and actively assist in building the Center into a provincial and even national technological innovation platform.

In his speech, Wang Pugong, on behalf of Baiyin Group, extended a warm welcome to the guests attending today's unveiling ceremony. Wang Pugong pointed out that Baiyin Group integrated the advantages of the three parties to build a "collaborative innovation center" with intelligent manufacturing as the main direction, and strove to create a compact innovation consortium integrating "basic theoretical research, applied technology development, key technology research, system integration, demonstration application and market promotion". Baiyin Group would aggregate and enlarge this innovation platform, take the industry demand as the guidance to carry out cutting-edge technology research and development, tackle key generic technologies, break through the technical bottleneck of industrial development, and accelerate the industrial application of innovation results,enhance the independent development capacity and achievement radiation capacity of all parties in the field of non-ferrous metal intelligent manufacturing, so as to make new contributions to the high-quality development of non-ferrous metal industry.

In his speech, Wu Huafeng affirmed the achievements made by Baiyin group in the field of technological innovation and development. Wu Huafeng said that Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd., as an industry leader in automatic special detection technology, had a high degree of integration between the independently developed spectral detection system and industry solution products and technologies and the production process of Baiyin Group. Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd. would provide guarantee for enterprise technology R & D and talent training, achieve the expected purpose of cooperation, and help the high-quality development of the innovation center.

At the unveiling ceremony, academician Li Jiangang said that for a long time, Baiyin Group had adhered to the new development concept and insisted that talents were the first resource. The enterprise had made great progress in innovative development, quality and efficiency improvement of main industries and talent training. Academician Li Jiangang said that the Chinese Academy of Sciences would continue to maintain communication with the Northwest Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, focus on the improvement of quality and efficiency and the construction of intelligent factories in the field of non-ferrous metal industry, take intelligent manufacturing as the main direction, help the innovation center accelerate the intelligent and green transformation and upgrading of the Innovation Center, and provide more support for the new technology R & D, product innovation and talent training of the enterprise.

In the warm applause, Jia Ruchang, Wang Pugong, Wu Huafeng, and Li Jiangang jointly unveiled the Collaborative Innovation Center for Key Generic Technologies in Non-ferrous Metal Intelligent Manufacturing.
