On the afternoon of September 12, the Jianghuai Online Economic Forum of the World Manufacturing Convention held the the Forum on the Integrative Development of Yangtze River with the theme of "deepening the innovation chain and industrial chain to synergistically enable integrated high-quality development". Governor Li Guoying delivered a speech, and Vice Governor Zhang Shuguang presided over the forum. Academician Li Jiangang, President of Institute of Energy, was invited to attend the forum.

At the forum, the Establishment Ceremony of Anhui Expert Advisory Committee on promoting the integrative development of the Yangtze River Delta was held, and Li Guoying issued letters of appointment to the members. The forum invited some academicians and experts to give speeches to deeply discuss the latest achievements and policy trends of the integrative development of the Yangtze River Delta. Academician Li Jiangang was appointed as the member of Expert Consultation Committee of Anhui Province to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and delivered a speech entitled "Clean, Efficient and Sustainable development of Energy  with new technologies under the driving of Innovation and Demand".
