On March 14, the "Joint Laboratory of Nuclear Testing Application Technology" jointly built by Institute of Energy of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center and Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled in Hefei high tech Zone.
Li Jiangang (academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of the Institute of Energy of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center), Wang Wensong ( member of the Standing Committee of CPC Hefei Municipal Committee and executive vice mayor of Hefei Municipal People's Government), Da Yiwu(deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Institute of Energy of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center, member of Anhui Development and Reform Commission and chief engineer), Song Daojun (director of the Management Committee and secretary of working committee in Hefei National High tech Zone), Song Yuntao (executive dean of Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences) and Wu Huafeng (chairman of Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd.) attended the unveiling ceremony.
Wu Huafeng, chairman of Hefei Goldstar Electromechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd., said that the establishment of the "joint laboratory" represented the organic integration of intellectual support and the physical industry. In the future, it would continue to adhere to the cooperation concept of "gathering wisdom for consultation and multi-dimensional linkage", endeavor to build an industry-university-research-application whole chain collaborative innovation system of "basic research + technological innovation + achievement transformation + industrial development", and strive to build a "demonstration model" of collaborative innovation consortium in the high-quality development of regional economy based on the formed collaborative innovation community.
Academician Li Jiangang, president of Institute of Energy, said that it was planned to quickly turn the technology into products within three years, and realize the organic combination of scientific innovation and technology, technological innovation and enterprises. On the same day, Academician Li Jiangang also issued an appointment certificate to the head of the joint laboratory.
Song Daojun said that the high-tech zone would fully support the technological innovation of enterprises. He said that the real innovation subject was the enterprise. Only by stimulating the innovation vitality of the enterprise could innovation really develop. In his speech, Da Yiwu mentioned that China had long adhered to the innovation-driven development strategy. Therefore, the establishment of the joint laboratory was not only in line with the national development strategy, but also met the expectations of the province for innovation. At the same time, the establishment of Joint Laboratory of Nuclear Testing Application Technology could provide scientific and technological support for enterprises in Anhui Province.
The unveiling of the joint laboratory would help promote the industry transformation and upgrading of Anhui province and even China in the new direction of intelligent perception, enabling high-quality development of the industry.
