In order to strengthen the integration of science and education, realize the complementary advantages of colleges and universities, and build a comprehensive and open graduate student innovation training system, the Anhui Provincial Department of Education organized the selection and identification of joint postgraduate training bases in 2022. According to the "Notice of Anhui Provincial Department of Education on Identifying the List of the First Batch of Joint Training Bases for Postgraduates" [No.40 [2022] of Anhui Provincial Department of Education], the Institute of Energy of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center was approved as the "First Batch of Postgraduate Joint Training Base in Anhui Province".

With the "collaborative innovation project" as the link, the postgraduate joint training base of the Institute of Energy has established the cornerstone of institutional cooperation, and has made efforts to enhance the practical and innovation capabilities of graduate research projects. Through the exploration and construction of the base platform, mentor team, education mode, organization guarantee, operation mechanism and other aspects, it is of great significance to cultivate high-level professional talents for the society and to jointly cultivate postgraduates in institutes and universities.
