Institute of Energy of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center (hereinafter referred to as Institute of Energy) continues to strengthen  project process management to ensure the smooth implementation of scientific research projects. According to statistics, by the end of March 2021, the researchers of the first seven scientific research projects had published 75 papers, applied for 14 patents and won the Second Prize of 2020 Anhui Science and Technology Progress Award. The R & D of relevant key technologies has progressed smoothly and some breakthroughs have been made.

In view of the problems encountered in the implementation of some projects, the Scientific Research Section and the Finance Section communicated with the heads of relevant projects, had a discussion in depth and put forward ideas to assist the project teams in solving the problems. The Institute will continue to strengthen project management and gradually improve the support and guarantee mechanism to ensure the smooth implementation of the projects.
