Overall responsibility for the organization and management of the Institute of Energy; assisting the President in daily work; in charge of the Science and Technology Development Department, the Research Center for Renewable Energy, the Research Center for Ammonia Energy and Hydrogen Applications, and institute-affiliated companies; coordinating the management of the General Division, Finance Division, and the Research Center for Neutron Technology Application.

Assist the Presidents in performing duties; in charge of the Scientific Research Division, the Research Center for Smart Power Grid, and the Research Center for Advanced Beam Source.
