On the morning of October 19, 2023, Wang Xiaolong, the level II Counselor of the National Development and Reform Commission Department of Social Development, led a team to the Institute of Energy, Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center(hereinafter referred to as “the Institute of Energy”) for investigation.
