On March 26, the core project “DN400 All-Metal Sealed Gate Valve” of the “Tritium-Compatible Vacuum Products Joint Laboratory” — jointly established by the Institute of Energy, Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center and Sichuan Jiutian Vacuum Technology — successfully passed expert group acceptance in Nanchong, Sichuan.

On March 3, 2025, the Strategic Cooperation Forum and Signing Ceremony between Hami City and the Institute of Energy, Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center was successfully held in Hami.

From February 6 to 7, the Institute of Energy held a one-and-a-half-day work retreat for middle-level cadres and personnel with senior professional titles to thoroughly plan work strategies for 2025 and the next 3–5 years.

On the morning of December 25, 2024, the 3rd Medical-Engineering Collaborative Innovation Forum was held at the Institute of Energy, co-organized by the Institute of Energy, Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center and the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China.

To strengthen applications for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), tap talent potential, and improve the scientific quality of the work, the Scientific Research Department, with the support of the Institute’s leadership, held the 2025 NSFC Application Mobilization Meeting on December 16, 2024.
